What it does

Members and their member card
Each member signs in on their phone and sees their member card with photo, the association's news and "Our committee". Bring in your current member list from Excel in one go.
Fees by bank transfer, with receipts
Members pay by bank transfer or DuitNow and upload the slip. The treasurer checks it and taps Approve, and the receipt with its own number appears in the member's app. A wrong click can be cancelled with a reason; the cancelled receipt stays on record.
Events, tickets and check-in
Annual dinners, gatherings and talks: members book seats and get a ticket code. At the door, the committee checks them in and sees the member's photo.
Money in and out, ready for the AGM
Fees, tickets, donations, sponsorships and expenses add up by themselves. Tap any line to see every payment behind it, and download the year's report to Excel. Expenses above a limit wait for the president's approval.
Donations, photo albums and news
Run donation funds with a progress bar, share photo albums from your events, and post announcements that every member sees.

Each member picks their own language, so older members can use it in the language they read best.
Committee by term
Give posts to members. After each AGM start a new term; past committees are kept, and you can type in older ones.
Your logo and colours
The app shows your association's name, logo, colour and a banner on the home page.
Each person sees only what they should
Only the president and treasurer handle money; only the president and secretary change settings and posts. Members see only their own bills and receipts.

The committee can download the member list to Excel at any time, and on Standard the year's money report too.
Nothing quietly deleted
A cancelled receipt stays on record with its reason, and important changes are kept in an activity log.
